Cheepies . . . Peepies . . . !

Because we had a low-key, camera-free Easter yesterday, and because I haven't posted anything in awhile, here is my latest and greatest, my ode to peeps . . .

I tend to like mine fresh and chewy . . . and I know there are those that prefer them stale and hard as rocks. So, how do you like your peeps ???

(Jack doesn't like them at all, and can barely remember what they're called . . . hence the title !)

Remember when we tried to set Peeps on fire in college? Peeps don't burn, such a bummer!

I'd forgotten about the burning of the Peeps! I think I'd like mine nice and toasted to caramelize the sugar. Around here all the stores sold Peeps in packs of 18 -- way too many little chicks for my taste. So my Easter season was Peepless, alas. (Has anyone tried the chocolate Peeps?)

Once you find the Peep dioramas from the Washingtom Post (http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-srv/photo/gallery/070402/GAL-07Apr02-69859/index.html), make sure you see #7!

If you were Diane Court, would you fall for Lloyd Dobler?

Yeah... Yeah!
